This session is for 60 minutes. This will involve understanding your needs as a horse rider, what performance problems you feel you have, or if you are frustrated by ongoing injuries. Following on from this we will perform a detailed assessment looking at all the areas specific to horseriders from both an injury and performance perspective. After we will discuss your treatment plan and get you started with a programme to fix the issues we have identified with you.

£140.00 – 2 hours. This can be done as one 2 hour session or two 1 hour sessions.

This is a detailed assesment lasting for 2 hours or two 1 hour sessions. The aim of this detailed session is to assess your running technique both by video analysis and through specific testing in order to give you the skills to make your running more efficient and economical therefore reducing the likelihood of injury and improving overall performance. We will discuss all of our findings and then give you a plan to go home with of what you need to do.
